Cuando se celebren contratos sobre importación de copra de acuerdo con el parágrafo del artículo 5° de la Ley 94 de 1936 con entidades o personas naturales que tengan fábricas de manteca vegetal en lugares que no sean puertos marítimos, el precio máximo de venta de la manteca vegetal será fijado de acuerdo con el gasto que implique el transporte de la compra importada desde el puerto marítimo más cercano al lugar donde esté instalada la fábrica.
