Para llenar la función de que trata el aparte j) del artículo anterior, se constituirá un Tribunal de Comercio, compuesto de siete miembros de la misma Cámara, que sean ciudadanos en ejercicio, elegidos de la siguiente manera: cuatro, directamente por la Cámara, y tres nombrados por el Presidente de la República de ternas que la Cámara le presente.
