La Comisión creada en el artículo 1° de este Decreto, una vez que haya recibido las pruebas de que trata el artículo anterior, deberá dictar resoluciones motivadas e individuales, en las cuales se establezca si hay lugar al reconocimiento del auxilio solicitado y la proporción del mismo. Estas resoluciones deberán ser aprobadas por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
