º Los recursos debitados serán restituidos de manera automática a las cuentas respectivas para atender los pagos que se efectúen con cargo a éstas, hasta concurrencia de los mismos. Para estos efectos los establecimientos bancarios deberán llevar un registro sobre el monto de los traslados efectuados.
