El sistema de nomenclatura, clasificación y remuneración de cargos que se establece en el presente Decreto regirá para los empleados públicos que desempeñen las distintas categorías de empleos del Departamento Nacional de Planeación, incluidos los empleados vinculados a través del Grupo de Estudios Especiales.
