El Certificado Fisioterapéutico es un documento destinado a acreditar la presencia o no, de alteraciones relacionadas con el movimiento corporal humano de un individuo y el plan de intervención profesional prescrito. Su expedición implica responsabilidad ética y legal para el Fisioterapeuta.

Parágrafo

El texto del Certificado Fisioterapéutico debe ser claro, preciso y ceñido estrictamente a la verdad. En él se indicará el fin para el cual ha sido solicitado o está destinado.
