Si no fuere posible incluir en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia la partida necesaria para la cumplida ejecución de esta Ley, o si tampoco hubiere recursos con que pueda el Gobierno abrir el correspondiente crédito administrativo a este mismo Presupuesto, el Poder Ejecutivo conseguirá un crédito de Tesorería por la cantidad de ciento veinte mil pesos ($ 120,000) con destino a los gastos ordenados en la presente Ley.
