Enajenación. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 19 de la Ley 51 de 1990 y demás disposiciones legales el Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho podrá enajenar los bienes que no requiera para el desarrollo de sus funciones, o que no sean adecuados. Cuando se trate de recursos provenientes de enajenaciones de inmuebles destinados a servir como establecimientos de reclusión estos se destinarán al mejoramiento de la Infraestructura Penitenciaria y Carcelaria.
