De la contratación obligatoria con empresas sociales del Estado. Para efectos de dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en el artículo 16 de la Ley 1122 de 2007, las EPS contratarán de manera obligatoria y efectiva con empresas sociales del Estado ESE, como mínimo, el sesenta por ciento (60%) del gasto en salud. Para establecer dicho porcentaje, se tendrá en cuenta el valor resultante de restar al valor total de la UPC-S, la proporción para gastos de administración determinada en la normatividad vigente.
