Artículo único. El auxilio de veinte mil pesos ($ 20,000) concedido á la ciudad de Ocaña por la Ley 31 de 1890 para conducir las aguas del rio del Algodonal, se entiende concedido para conducir el agua, aunque no sea la del rio expresado. Queda así reformado el artículo 1.° de la Ley 31 de 1890 .
