El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, promoverá dentro del sector turístico la necesidad de adecuar la infraestructura turística para personas con discapacidad, de acuerdo con las normas mínimas legales vigentes, al igual que la aplicación de tarifas diferenciales entre los empresarios para este grupo de la población colombiana. Así mismo, asegurará que los sistemas de calidad del sector turístico incluyan la variable de accesibilidad para las personas con discapacidad.
