Desde la vigencia del presente Decreto, los censos que realice el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, servirán de base informativa para complementar la elaboración de las inscripciones que corresponden efectuar al Servicio Nacional de Inscripción, en cuanto hagan referencia a los registros y anotaciones de que trata la Ley 8ª de 1969.
