Usuarios no regulados del servicio de energía eléctrica. Para estos efectos son usuarios no regulados cualquier persona natural o jurídica que tenga una demanda máxima superior a 2 MW por instalación legalizada, cuyas compras de electricidad se realizan a precios acordados libremente.
