°. Funciones del liquidador. El liquidador actuará como representante legal de CENABASTOS S. A., en Liquidación y adelantará el proceso de liquidación, de conformidad con las disposiciones de este decreto, el Decreto ley 254 de 2000, modificado por la Ley 1105 de 2006, las normas que lo modifiquen o sustituyan y las demás que sean propias de su encargo previstas en la Ley.
