Art. 16. Los Tesoreros municipales enviarán á los Concejos, precisamente dentro de los ocho primeros días del mes subsiguiente, las cuentas que deben formar, y los Concejos, después de cumplido el deber señalado en el inciso 1.° del artículo 7.° del presente decreto, las enviarán á la Contaduría departamental ocho días después.
