° Ambito de aplicación. El presente Decreto establece integralmente y de manera especial, el régimen de pensiones, reajustes y sustituciones de las mismas, que en lo sucesivo se aplicará a quienes a partir de la vigencia de la Ley 4ª de 1992 tuvieren la calidad de Senador o Representante a la Cámara.
