Atención de requerimientos. Las personas naturales o jurídicas que sean requeridas por la Superintendencia de Sociedades para acreditar el origen de sus capitales o patrimonio en virtud de lo dispuesto en la ley y en este Decreto, deberán suministrar la información pertinente o atender las diligencias que se señalen, en los términos y plazos que les fijen dicha entidad.
