Art. 5. Desde el dia de la promulgacion de es- ta lei quedan suprimidas todas las Sacristías ma- yores, escepto las de las iglesias Catedrales; i las fundaciones a favor de las sacristías suprimidas, quedan a beneficio de los curas respectivos, con las cargas inherentes a los capitales, siempre que por su fundacion no se disponga otra cosa.
