De la cesión del derecho a recibir Certificados de Desarrollo Turístico. En el evento en el cual un inversionista original haya transferido o transfiera el dominio del inmueble antes de recibir los Certificados de Desarrollo Turístico de que trata el presente decreto o, en el evento en el cual en la liquidación de la sociedad inversionista original una persona natural o jurídica se haya reservado o se reserve el derecho a percibir dichos incentivos, tendrá derecho a su reconocimiento y entrega en los términos y condiciones del presente decreto siempre y cuando se comprometan a cumplir con las obligaciones que se generarían en cabeza del inversionista original.
