Para efectos de los giros correspondientes a la reducción del capital de una empresa receptora de inversión extranjera directa la Oficina de Cambios establecerá las reglamentaciones necesarias para que se transfieran al exterior las sumas que efectivamente se produzcan a favor del inversionista extranjero.
