º . Tipo de riesgos. Los riesgos cubiertos por el Fondo de Contingencias de las Entidades Estatales y respecto a los cuales las entidades enumeradas en el artículo 5º deberán realizar aportes serán los provenientes de las obligaciones contingentes, definidas en el artículo 3º, y correspondan a los siguientes sectores: 1º. Infraestructura vial. 2º. Energético. 3º. Saneamiento básico. 4º. Agua potable.
