Independientemente De Las Sanciones Penales A Que Hubiere Lugar, A Los Notarios Que Incurran En Las Faltas Enumeradas En El Capítulo Precedente, Se Les Aplicará Según La Gravedad De La Infracción, Los Antecedentes Y Lo Dispuesto Expresamente En La Ley, Una De Estas Sanciones: 1

Independientemente de las sanciones penales a que hubiere lugar, a los Notarios que incurran en las faltas enumeradas en el Capítulo precedente, se les aplicará según la gravedad de la infracción, los antecedentes y lo dispuesto expresamente en la Ley, una de estas sanciones
