- CONTROL FISCAL. El Control Fiscal de las Areas Metropolitanas formadas por municipios de un mismo departamento corresponderá a la Contraloría departamental. Si los municipios pertenecen a varios departamentos el ejercicio de ese control será de la Contraloría General de la República, en los términos de la Ley (Ley 128 de 1994, art. 24). CAPITULO6.
