La Tarjeta de Identidad se renovara cuando el menor haya cumplido catorce (14) años con el objeto de actualizar y completar su filiación. La solicitud respectiva deberá presentarse por duplicado ante el Registrador Municipal, quien tramitara la solicitud con arreglo - en líneas generales - al procedimiento establecido para la expedición de la tarjeta original.
