Artículo treinta. Los dineros depositados en el Fondo durante su funcionamiento tendrán como destinación el pago del subsidio de transportes y las demás que determine la ley. En caso de liquidación del Fondo, todos sus haberes se destinarán a ser repartidos entre las empresas que disfruten en ese momento del subsidio, a prorrata del número de vehículos que hayan tenido en servicio durante el tiempo de vigencia del subsidio.
