Decreto 1225 de 2017 · por el cual se ordena la publicación del Proyecto de Acto Legislativo número 013 de 2017 Senado, 265 de 2017 Cámara “por medio de la cual se modifican los artículos 186, 234 y 235 de la Constitución Política y se implementan el derecho a la doble instancia y a impugnar la primera sentencia condenatoria” (Primera Vuelta).
