Prioridad de estudio. La Autoridad Minera y la Autoridad Ambienta, en lo de sus competencias, dará prioridad al estudio de las solicitudes de formalización de minería tradicional, en los cuales se manifieste ante ella, y por escrito, la voluntad de los titulares mineros para hacer arreglos conciliatorios como subcontratos, cesión parcial de áreas, renuncia parcial de área o acuerdos de colaboración empresarial, entre otros.
