El Tribunal Seccional Bioético y Deontológico de Bacteriología dictará Resolución de Cargos cuando esté establecida la falta a la deontología conforme a la ley vigente o existan indicios graves o pruebas que ameriten serios motivos de credibilidad sobre los hechos que son materia de investigación y responsabilidad bioética y deontológica disciplinaria del profesional de Bacteriología.
