ARTICULO 105 . DESTITUCIÓN DEL SUSPENDIDO. Si el suspendido resultare responsable de haber cometido la falta, la sanción de destitución que se le imponga se hará efectiva a partir de la fecha de la suspensión disciplinaria dictada como medida cautelar.
