° La Oficina establecerá los turnos consecutivos de trabajo para ofrecer al público, y especialmente a la prensa, a las estaciones radiodifusoras y a las agencias de noticias, un servicio acondicionado a las necesidades de la información, diurno y nocturno. En nigún caso este servicio podrá ser por un tiempo total inferior a diez y seis horas, pero el Jefe de la Oficina queda autorizado para establecer los reglamentos internos y los turnos de servicio, atendiendo a las conveniencias del público.
