Decreto de pruebas y término para practicarlas. Cumplida la audiencia de que trata el artículo 101, el juez a petición de parte o de oficio decretará las pruebas que considere necesarias. En el auto que decrete pruebas, el juez señalará el término de cuarenta días para que se practiquen y las fechas de las audiencias y diligencias necesarias.
