Artículo cuarto. La suma de $ 60.480.00 que se destina para el sostenimiento de los Organismos de Salubridad aludidos en los artículos anteriores, se imputará al Capítulo 58, artículo 612 del Presupuesto de Gastos de la actual vigencia del Ministerio de Higiene.
