Gastos De Funcionamiento De Las Contralorías Departamentales

Decreto 2274 de 1991 · por el cual se dictan normas tendientes a asegurar la debida organización y funcionamiento de las entidades territoriales erigidas como departamentos en la Constitución Política y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Las partidas anuales para gastos de funcionamiento de las Contralorías de los nuevos departamentos no podrán exceder en ningún caso, en términos constantes, de la suma que haya sufragado la Contraloría General de la República durante la vigencia fiscal de 1991 por concepto de los gastos de funcionamiento de las auditorías que ejercían el control fiscal en las antiguas Intendencias y Comisarías. La Contraloría General de la República certificará, para cada uno de los nuevos departamentos el valor de los gastos de funcionamiento, durante la vigencia fiscal de 1991, de las auditorías a que se refiere el

inciso anterior, incluidos los sufragados por las respectivas Intendencias y Comisarías.
