Prima De Buchería

Prima de Buchería. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Armada Nacional que hayan sido instruidos como buzos, tendrán derecho a una Prima de Buchería por hora o fracción mayor de cuarenta y cinco (45) minutos de buceo, la cual se liquidará sobre el sueldo mensual, así: a). Buzo Maestro. 6% b). Buzo de Primera Clase. 6% c). Buzo de Segunda Clase. . 6%

Parágrafo

El total de la Prima de Buchería no podrá sobrepasar el sueldo básico del Oficial o Suboficial y el Gobierno reglamentará la prima de que trata este artículo.
