El término para la inscripción de candidatos a las distintas corporaciones de elección popular vence a las seis (6) de la tarde del primer martes del mes de Febrero del respectivo ano. Y el término para la inscripción de candidatos a la Presidencia de la República, vence a las seis (6) de la tarde del ultimo lunes del mes de Abril del respectivo año.
