Garantía del ejercicio profesional. El químico farmacéutico hará uso de sus derechos, cumplirá sus deberes, respetará las normas que rigen su actividad profesional, y actuará conforme a los mandatos consagrados en la Constitución Política, las leyes, los reglamentos que profieran las autoridades públicas competentes y los postulados éticos que la rigen.
