º . Apoyo técnico . Las entidades que conforman la Comisión podrán destinar expertos a la Secretaría Ejecutiva, para apoyar el cumplimiento de las funciones de la misma.

Parágrafo

Cuando no se cuente con tales expertos en las entidades o no estén disponibles, se contratarán con cargo a los gastos de la Secretaría Ejecutiva de la Comisión, de acuerdo con las normas contractuales y presupuestales vigentes. CAPITULO IV Disposiciones varias
