Si después de presentada la demanda, el demandado o demandados enajenaren su propiedad en Ia parte afectada por la expropiación, el juicio se seguirá con los nuevos adquirentes, quienes tomarán dicho juicio en el estado en que se encuentre.
Si se constituyeren gravámenes u otros derechos reales, el juicio se entenderá también contra los respectivos titulares.
