Si al vencer definitivamente la vigencia del Decreto-ley 256 de 1973, se encontraren pendientes algunos procesos de pertenencia, éstos se seguirán tramitando por el mismo procedimiento establecido en dicho Decreto hasta su terminación y ante los jueces competentes para conocer de ellos, de acuerdo con lo establecido para estos procesos.
