Se hace extensiva a las dietas de los miembros del Congreso la rebaja del cinco por ciento (5 por 100), decretada por el Poder Ejecutivo respecto de los empleados nacionales, en uso de las autorizaciones que le fueron conferidas por la Ley 126 de 1914 .
