Art. 2.° Los individuos que, en virtud de haber aceptado un nombramiento hayan recibido por anticipación algunas sumas del Tesoro nacional, ya como viáticos, ya como sueldos &, i no hubieren tomado posesion del empleo o emprendido su marcha al lugar de su destino, dentro del término indicado, deberan reintegrar las sumas recibidas tan pronto como quede insubsistente el nombramiento. Para esacto cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en este artículo la respectiva Secretaría, llegado el caso, dará el correspondiente aviso al Tesorero jeneral.
