La entidad oficial o particular que pagare honorarios por el cobro de los auxilios incluidos en este Presupuesto, perderá el derecho a recibir nuevos auxilios en lo futuro, y así sólo ha recibido una parte no podrá serle cubierto el resto. Además, la Contraloría deberá glosar las cuentas que presente el respectivo Tesorero, en la cuantía de los honorarios pagados.
