°. Campo de aplicación. De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 2°, 4°, literal b), y 11 de la Ley 1209 de 2008, las disposiciones del presente título se aplican a las personas naturales o jurídicas que presten servicio de piscina abierto al público en general, ubicadas en instalaciones tales como: centros vacacionales y recreacionales, escuelas, entidades o asociaciones, hoteles, moteles o similares.
