Modificar el

Parágrafo 7

del artículo 21 del Decreto 4299 de 2005, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo 7

El comercializador industrial únicamente podrá distribuir combustibles líquidos derivados del petróleo al consumidor final que consuma un volumen igual o menor a veinte mil (20.000) galones al mes, al gran consumidor sin instalación y a la estación de servicio de aviación de propiedad de las Fuerzas Militares".
