La vigilancia y control de las Sociedades Comisionistas de Bolsa corresponderá a la Superintendencia Bancaria, quien la ejercerá de acuerdo con las facultades que le confieren la Ley 45 de 1923 y disposiciones concordantes. La Comisión Nacional de Valores vigilará y controlará todas las operaciones bursátiles que dichas entidades realicen.
