° La equivalencia de títulos adquiridos por colombianos y extranjeros en países que hayan celebrado con Colombia, Tratados o Convenios sobre validez de títulos académicos, será determinada por la Junta Central de Títulos Médicos, conforme a los términos de dichos Tratados o Convenios. En caso de duda sobre la interpretación de los Tratados o Convenios, la Junta oirá el concepto del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, el cual es de obligatoria aceptación.
