ARTICULO DECIMOSEXTO. Las Juntas Directivas de las Instituciones de Utilidad Común sólo podrán hacer los gastos de ellas con arreglo estricto al presupuesto vigente el cual deberá ser previamente aprobado por el Departamento de Asistencia Social dentro del plazo fijado en el artículo 17 de la Ley 93 de 1938.
