Definición de palmicultor . Para los efectos de la Ley 138 de 1994 y del presente decreto se denomina palmicultor a la persona natural o jurídica que se dedica al cultivo de la palma de aceite o a su beneficio. (Decreto número 1730 de 1994, artículo 1°)
