Deducciones por aportes que se adeuden . Cuando un empleado oficial tenga derecho a una determinada prestación por la cual deba responder una entidad de previsión social y no haya pagado en todo o en parte los aportes correspondientes, la entidad al hacer el reconocimiento respectivo descontará el valor de los aportes, que se liquidarán con base en los diferentes salarios percibidos por el empleado en el respectivo tiempo de servicio.
