Art. 1941. El vendedor tendrá derecho a que el comprador le restituya la cosa vendida con sus acciones naturales.

Tendrá, asimismo, derecho a ser indemnizado de los deterioros imputables a hecho o culpa del comprador.

Será obligado al pago de las espensas necesarias, pero no de las invertidas en mejoras útiles o voluptuarias que se hayan hecho sin su consentimiento.
